RAYNE, La. - Police are investigating a Friday morning high speed chase.
Rayne Police Department received a call after 8:00 am in reference to a stolen Ford F-250.
The vehicle was traveling at high rates of speed and would not respond to the officer attempting to pull him over, according to a spokesperson for the Rayne Police Department.
The suspect traveled through Acadia Parish into Lafayette Parish.
Multiple agencies assisted Rayne Police including Louisiana State Police, Duson Police Dept., Scott Police Dept and Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office.
The vehicle crashed in a trailer park in Lafayette Parish.
Details on the suspect were not available.
