Happening Tuesday night in Eunice, the city council will discuss hiring two more full-time police officers.
There will also be a discussion on the appointment of an extra reserve officer.
The creation of two new positions within the police department and the budget for vehicle maintenance and overtime pay are also on the agenda.
The council meeting takes place at City Hall at 6:30 pm.
