Crowley Mayor Tim Monceaux announced Friday, February 12 that all non-essential city offices will be closed on Monday, February 15.

The closure, he says, is due to the upcoming wintry weather event and the State of Emergency issued by Governor John Bel Edwards on Thursday.

Offices will also be closed Tuesday February 16, 2021 in observance of Mardi Gras Holiday.

Mayor Monceaux says that he and the city will continue to monitor the wintry conditions and are expecting to open Wednesday for normal hours of operations.

The public will be informed if there are any changes.

Residents are encouraged to adhere to all emergency precautions and recommendations.
