The City of Crowley has issued protocols for the COVID 19 pandemic.

Crowley City Hall and the Rice Festival Building are closed to the public until further notice.

You can still do business with the city via telephone 783-0824 or via fax 783-3128 or email or snail mail. A temporary mailbox will be placed outside the doors of City Hall.

There are several ways to do business with the city via its website as well: https://www.crowley-la.com/

If employees need to deal with members of the public, they will practice social distancing and use protective equipment if necessary.

If employees plan to travel to any area marked as Warning Level 2 or Level 3 by the CDC, they must notify HR at least 48 hours before they leave, and notify HR immediately when they return to Louisiana.

If anyone in any employee's home is diagnosed with COVID-19 they must notify their supervisor and HR immediately. The city will follow Civil Service rules regarding sick leave and quarantine.

Anyone with questions is asked to call the city.
