The City of Crowley will close some city buildings to the public until further notice.
Mayor Tim Monceaux announced Tuesday, March 17 that Crowley City Hall and the Rice Festival Building would close to the public to minimize coronavirus exposure to citizens and employees.
Despite the closures, business will continue to be conducted via telephone, fax, email, and U.S. mail.
Mayor Monceaux says that a temporary mailbox will be placed near the front doors of City Hall for citizens who would like to hand-deliver any correspondence. That box will be checked hourly.
