The Crowley Police Department says that 32-year-old Domonique Deshawn Batiste was arrested and booked on a charge of armed robbery.

Batiste was wanted by the police department in connection with a March 27 armed robbery incident at a Valero on N. Parkerson Avenue.

According to Police, Batiste entered the store with a handgun and demanded an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the area on foot.
