DOTD has closed Jolene Rd. at Vie Terre Beau Rd. and Jolene Rd. at Reed Rd. in Acadia Parish.
According to Sheriff K.P. Gibson, the road closure is due to a bridge being flooded and authorities will notify residents when that road is reopened.
Officials ask that motorists drive with caution and use alternate routes.
