Acadia Parish is reporting its second case of COVID-19.
On March 23, 2020 at 2:00 PM the Acadia Parish OSHEP Director was notified of a 2nd positive case of COVID-19 in Acadia Parish. Information on where the case is in the parish was not disclosed.
The Acadia Parish Police Jury announced the case and says that at this time, they are working in conjunction with the Louisiana Department of Health and GOHSEP.
A formal statement will be released after more information is received by the APPJ.
