Deputy’s with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office say they responded Thursday to the Meadows Apartments near Crowley in regards to a shooting incident.
The incident occurred Thursday evening at approximately 8:20 pm.
During the investigation, the sheriff's office says it was discovered that 4 people had been shot.
Two of the people were listed in serious but stable condition and the others were listed as stable.
Detectives say they believe that the people involved were shot during a domestic argument. During this argument one or possibly two of the people involved pulled firearms and began shooting, deputies say.
The Sheriff's Department says that they have leads on this case and feel confident that an arrest or arrests will be made.
The investigation remains open.
