Between a two month stay at home order and the beginning of summer break, the whole family has probably run through every Netflix show, board game and book available. Now it's time to do something productive.

Get Rid of It encourages users to clean out their closets, cars, garages and homes and this app is going to keep you accountable too.

The app asks you to get rid of one item on day one, two items on day two, three items on day three and so on.

The items you choose can be clothes, books, knick-knacks or toys.

By the end of the month, you'll have cleaned out about 500 things you know you'll never use again.

If you're a single person, this is definitely a stretch, but for a family it's perfect.

Challenge your kids to narrow down their toy selection. Go through your bookshelf. Maybe throw out some of those old t-shirts you haven't worn since college.

This app could truly be life changing. "Get Rid of It" is totally free, and it works, as long as you're willing to stick to the plan.
