A Tropical Wave in the Atlantic poses no threat to Acadiana

The National Hurricane Center has indicated that a wave in the Atlantic has a 10% chance of developing into a tropical system over the next five days.

The environment remains unfavorable for further development due mostly to high winds and and there's still a considerable amount of dust in the tropical Atlantic.

Another disturbance in the north Atlantic has a 20% chance of development and poses no threat to land.
