It’s a return to normal Tuesday with temperatures back up to their normal summer levels, and sunshine is accompanied by a few spotty showers.
Highs in the afternoon will push into the low 90s, but enough humidity exists that it’ll send the heat index into the triple digits.
Skies will remain partly cloudy but enough sun to churn the atmosphere up and spark a few scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Any active weather Tuesday will be relatively short lived and sporadic making it impossible to determine exactly where and when the storms fire up.
Once the sun sets temperatures will stay in the mid 70s offering essentially zero relief from the summer heat.
The rest of the work week will be similar with the rain chances dropping slightly and the temperatures increasing by a few degrees.
