MONORE (KATC) – Orynn Veillon hit a 9th inning home run, and 10th inning triple to help power Louisiana to a 13-9 win Friday over ULM.
Veillon’s three-run triple all apart of the Cajuns 5-run 10th inning. Veillion went 2-5 with a HR, triple and 4 RBI in the game. He and Hunter Kasals hit solo home runs in the 9th to force the extra frame.
Louisiana hit four home runs in the game, Handsome Monica and Kole McKinnon each homered in the fourth as Louisiana took a 6-2 lead midway through the game.
The Cajuns wrap up the regular season Saturday with a noon first pitch.
