BATON ROUGE, La. – Seven people, including a registered sex offender, were arrested for internet crimes against children.
- Jessie Comeaux, 36 of Kaplan and a registered sex offender, was arrested on five counts of possessing pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13. The arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation (LBI), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office (LPSO), Vermilion Parish Sheriff’s Office, and Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office (IPSO).
- Adrian Danos, 19, of Lafayette, was arrested on 53 counts of possessing pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13. The arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the LBI, HSI, IPSO, and LPSO.
- Bonnie Magnon, 51 of Crowley, was arrested on 10 counts of possessing pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13 and 3 counts of distribution of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13. The arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the LBI, HSI, Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office, IPSO, and LPSO.
- Daniel F. Hardy II, 33 of Broussard, was arrested on 500 counts of possessing pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13. The arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the LBI, HSI, LPSO, Broussard Police Department, and IPSO.
- Jared Oliver, 23 of Lafayette, was arrested on 25 counts of possessing pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13. The arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the LBI, HSI, IPSO, and LPSO.
- Kenny Leday, 37 of Lafayette, was arrested on five counts of possessing pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13. The arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the LBI, HSI, LPSO, Lafayette Police Department, and IPSO.
- Roy Mouton, 41 of Lafayette, was arrested on three counts of distributing pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13. The arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the LBI, HSI, IPSO, and LPSO.
