Today’s Cool School is Wyandotte Elementary in Morgan City!
During the colder, wetter months of winter, students at Wyandotte have been pro active while battling indoor recess! Many kids end up using indoor recess as free time to play on a computer or electronic device, but Coach Adam Rhodes created the Wildcat Workout! They engage in the usual type of exercises such as push ups, jumping jacks and squats. But also take a more wacky or unorthodox approach that lets them have fun getting exercise without even knowing they’re working out! Coach Rhodes says they take pride in creating strong minds, and strong bodies.
