LAFAYETTE, La. – There is a crash involving a school bus and a motorcycle on Bertrand Drive in Lafayette.
The crash happened around 3:30 pm on Friday.
One person on the motorcycle was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries, according to Cpl. Bridgette Dugas, spokesperson for the Lafayette Police Dept.
LPSS says that the bus does not belong to the school system. The bus is owned by Atlantic and Southern Transportation.
KATC has reached out to the company to see what school the bus services. A&S Transportation said that they had no comment.
No other details were available.
