Parts of St. Landry Parish are starting to see minor flooding from the Atchafalaya River.
The town of Krotz Springs is currently under a flood warning. As of Wednesday morning, the river stages are above flooding levels and are expected to stay that way for a couple of days. Parish officials are expecting minor flooding on the unprotected side of the levee, the Atchafalaya Campground south of Krotz Springs and River View Subdivision North of Krotz Springs.
