Showers/Storms moving through Acadiana

A broken line of showers and storms is quickly moving through Acadiana late this morning into the early afternoon.

Here is a look at the latest radar:

 

There is still a low end threat for one or two of these storms that fires up across southeastern Louisiana to be on the strong to severe side capable of producing gusty winds up to 60 mph winds, small hail or a brief spin-up tornado.

The line of showers should push off out of Acadiana by about 2-3 pm followed by cooler and breezy conditions for the rest of the afternoon and evening.
