A new apartment complex is headed downtown.
SO Studio Architecture firm released a rendering of the new complex on Facebook. Vermilion Lofts will be a mixed-use building with 24 apartments and office space available for rent.
The complex will be at the corner of Vermilion and Johnston Streets, where the Leather Pouch was located.
Work is expected to start in the upcoming weeks.
