The Academy of the Sacred Heart will host Christmas at Coteau on Friday, December 7 and Saturday, December 8 on the ground of the Sacred Heart and Berchmans Academy in Grand Coteau. The grounds open to the public on Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The annual event includes two days of shopping, food, and festivities. All funds from the event will go to support the growth of Sacred Heart and Berchman’s Academy. On Friday, a Christmas luncheon will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
An inaugural Christmas at Coteau Gumbo Cookoff will be held during Saturday, December 8. The public will be able to taste the many homemade gumbos from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and vote for a fan favorite. A winner will be crowned following the tasting.
