Hello, I’m Bishop Douglas Deshotel, wishing you and your
family a Happy Thanksgivng.
This is the day to give thanks. We pause, if just for a moment, to
remind ourselves of the bounty of God’s goodness and give Him
thanks for the many gifts we have received – this day, and every
day.
It is with grateful hearts we recognize that each gift is given for
God’s purpose… God’s mission. May we always remain
faithful stewards of what God has provided.
Allow this holiday to be a truly holy day for you. May it bring a
joyful renewal of commitment to our true work as disciples
of Jesus Christ.
I pray your gathering with the special people in your life be a time
