KATC Tools for Schools made the trip to Opelousas this week.
Students at Southwest Elementary were surprised with a few items to add to their library.
Bean bag chairs and a rug were provided by KATC and Jim Olivier Family of Companies.
In 2017, Southwest Elementary School flooded, causing damage to the school’s library. While the school is still recovering, they are excited for the newest additions to their library.
