A Lafayette woman is facing arson charges after she allegedly attempted to set her estranged boyfriend’s apartment on fire.
A spokesman with the Lafayette Fire Department said Christi Thomas tried to set the backdoor of her estranged boyfriend’s Ile des Cannes apartment on fire. At the time of the incident, he had a restraining order out against Thomas. The apartment received minimal damage.
