Today in Lafayette, firefighters are filling their boots to help local Muscular Dystrophy Association families.
So far this year, the department has already raised $23,000 to help fight to free kids from diseases that severely weaken muscle strength and mobility. But of course, they want to raise more.
Boots in hand, they’ll be at various intersections today from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm across Lafayette for you to help fill those boots with more donations.
