A Lafayette Parish grand jury indicted a Lafayette man Wednesday on four sex charges.
Todd Hebert, 50, of Carmen Street, is accused of three counts of aggravated rape and one count indecent behavior with a juvenile.
He accused of raping the same 13-year-old child three times over the course of a year. Also during that year, he is accused of committing the indecent behavior with the same child, according to the indictment.
A warrant was issued for Hebert’s arrest, and his bond was set at $350,000. As of this afternoon, he was not yet booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center.
