Officials with the Village of Turkey Creek have issued a boil water advisory for residents of Bayou Chicot and St. Landry areas.
The advisory went into effect at 9:00 am on Monday, August 6 for those residents and those who live from the water tower to the LaHaye Fields along Hwy 167 and residents along Hwy 106 to Hwy 13.
City officials are asking residents to boil water for a full minute before consuming. The advisory will be in effect until further notice.
