A man has been arrested in Crowley for indecent behavior with a juvenile.
According to Crowley Police Chief Jimmy Broussard, 58-year-old Douglas Harold Toney, Jr. allegedly stopped in front of a house and flashed the victim his genitalia. The arrest report indicates Toney also allegedly told the victim "he liked boys and girls."
Crowley police were alerted by the grandmother of the victim at 5:58 p.m. on Friday.
Toney was arrested in the 300 block of Avenue M at 9:19 p.m. the same evening.
He was booked into Acadia Parish Jail on one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
