Home Furniture Plus Bedding gave 17 teachers at Live Oak Elementary School a great start to the new year today.
The company took the "wish" lists of 17 teachers and purchased every item on them. Today, those supplies were delivered to the educators at their school on North University Avenue.
This is the first year that Home Furniture Plus Bedding has partnered with the Adopt-A-Teacher program, and the company plans on continuing with this type of support in the future, a spokesman says. By supporting our Teachers, Home Furniture hopes to help enrich the lives of the many students that are touched by these wonderful teachers, the spokesman says.
