A member of the Balbeisi family, which owns several restaurants in southwest Louisiana, has been arrested.
Ismail Balbeisi, 42, was booked with one count of sexual battery, records at the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center show. Records indicate he posted $15,000 bond and was released.
The Balbeisi Restaurant Group owns and franchises restaurants throughout Southwest Louisiana, including Zeus and Agave.
