The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for help from the public in identifying the person seen on surveillance attempting to burglarize a vehicle in Youngsville.
Detectives say that several vehicles were burglarized in the early morning hours of July 18 on La Neuville Road in Youngsville. Surveillance video captured one of two suspects that deputies believe may be connected to those burglaries. The suspect in the video can be seen attempting to enter a locked truck.
Deputies say that anyone with information on the identity of the individual is asked to call the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division at 337-236-5636 or Lafayette Crime Stoppers at 337-232-TIPS.
