Firefighter and Police officers in Port Barre are rolling up their sleeves to give blood.
Those wanting to give blood came out to give blood to replenish local blood supplies at hospitals. The blood drive is in support of Cuffs and Hoses through LifeShare Blood Centers.
Volunteers were also encouraged to donate.
