The latest district boundary drafts for proposed new city and parish councils in Lafayette were released on Friday.

Other documents pertaining to the Lafayette City-Parish Council’s effort to split were released:
- a new version of amendments to the charter, which was revised after the town hall meetings and final city districts
- a redlined version of those charter amendments, which shows the changes made
- a final index of proposed home rule charter amendments
- and the ordinance proposing charter amendments
The ordinance is scheduled for final adoption at the City-Parish Councils regular meeting on Aug. 7.
