Baldwin Mayor Donna Lanceslin will not seek re-election in November.
Lanceslin did sign up during last week’s qualifying period, however the Secretary of State’s website lists the incumbent as withdrawn, and her name will not appear on the ballot.
Abel "Phil" Prejean is now running unopposed.
