Collections have begun for the annual Port Barre Police Department School Supply Drive.
Supplies will be accepted for the drive through August 4 at the Police Department on Saizan Avenue.
Needed supplies include:
- Rulers
- Glue
- Backpacks
- Erasers
- Pencils and Pens
- Clorox wipes
- Loose leaf paper
- Crayons
- Protractors
- Highlighters
- Dry erase markers
- Kleenex
- Paper towels
- Gently used or new uniforms
- Notebooks: 1, 2, 3 and 5 subjects – please no college rule
If you don’t have time to shop and you still want to help, you can also make a monetary donation and the department will do the shopping!
