The deadline for this year’s Stuff the Bus campaign has been extended to July 27.
United Way of Acadiana hosts the annual school supply drive to help students from low-income families return to school with all the necessary supplies.
There are several ways for you to participate in this year’s Stuff the Bus:
Adopt-A-Classroom: Choose a grade (K-4) to adopt. Coordinate an internal school supply drive for that grade. Twenty-five backpacks will be delivered to you for stuffing.
Tools For Schools: Coordinate an internal school supply drive for items needed by middle and high school students.
Volunteer Opportunities: Teams of volunteers are needed to collect and sort donations, as well as deliver supplies.
