Two inmates of the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola died overnight of possible drug overdoses, the state Department of Corrections told our media partners at The Advocate Thursday.
Spokeswoman Natalie Laborde said the deaths are still under investigation but authorities believe they were fatal overdoses, the newspaper reported.
