The Department of Transportation will be conducting an open house public meeting for the proposed LA 98 (Gloria Switch Rd) at Mills St. roundabout project Tuesday afternoon.
According to DOTD, The proposed project would consist of replacing the existing four-way stop intersection with a one-lane roundabout. The purpose of the meeting is to provide information about the project and to obtain input from interested parties.
Those who attend will be able to watch a presentation on the project and representatives from DOTD will be on hand to answer questions and discuss issues related to the project.
The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. and end at 7:00 p.m. at the Carencro Community Center on N University Avenue.
Comments on the project can be submitted at the meeting or mailed address shown below, postmarked by July 24, 2018. The meeting is open to the public.
