Members of the Kaplan High School chorus and piano are raising money to help their department stay open.
A fundraiser was held this weekend to try to help with costs.
The group’s director says Kaplan High has one of the only piano labs in the district, but new state course requirements are limiting the number of students allowed in the class.
Guests enjoyed music, games, face painting and an inflatable bounce house.
Jambalaya and snowballs were served.
