Police are asking for help locating a missing woman in Rapides Parish.
Debra Ann Hubbard (AKA Debra Madison) was reported missing Tuesday night and was last seen in the area of Rapides Hospital on June 25 in Alexandria. Hubbard is from Ferriday and did not have local transportation, according to the Alexandria Police Department’s Facebook page.
Hubbard is 56 years old and five feet nine inches tall. Hubbard may appear confused or disoriented.
