Third Circuit Court of Appeal Judge Mark Amy has announced that he won’t seek re-election.
Amy has served on the court for 24 years.
"On behalf of myself and my family, I’d like to thank all of the people of the Third Circuit, who have been so kind to us over the years," Amy said. "And I am very grateful for the distinct honor of serving them in this capacity.
Amy will continue to work in the legal field following the conclusion of his current term.
