State Police have identified the passenger killed in a fatal crash on LA 182 in St. Landry Parish.
Troopers say that 34-year-old Magdaleno Prado Marquez was killed on Sunday, June 3 after the vehicle in which he was a passenger overturned and struck a tree.
The driver of the vehicle 30-year-old Alfredo Segura-Prado was arrested on charges of Vehicular Homicide, Careless Operation, Driving Left of Center and No Seat Belt. Troopers believe impairment was a factor in the crash.
