DOTD is reporting a vehicle fire on I-10 between Exit 82( LA 1111; Tower Road) and Exit 87 (LA 35; LA 98) near Rayne.
The right lane is blocked but the left lane remains open. The Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office and Louisiana State Police are the on scene.
State Police say the the fire is now out and the road should be back open as soon as it is safe to do so.
No injuries were reported in this vehicle fire.
