Lafayette Police are investigating a shooting that happened last night on East Simcoe.
Officers were called to the 1500 block of East Simcoe last night about 9:30 p.m., a spokesman said.
They found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries, the spokesman said.
Initial investigation indicates there was an argument between two men, during which the shooting happened, the spokesman said.
The investigation is continuing.
