Iberia Parish President M. Larry Richard announced today, Tuesday, May 15, that the Briarwood Road Bridge will be reopening.
The bridge, located between South Lewis Street and Parkwood Drive in will officially open to traffic at 10:00 am.
The bridge was closed for three months beginning on February 2 as crews worked to replace the structure.
The parish apologizes for any inconveniences the closure may have caused to residents.
