Police say they are investigating an incident downtown near the Children’s Musem, behind Parc International.
A man was driving through the crowd near Garfield and Taylor Street, police on foot tried to stop the man and he sped off.
One woman was grazed by the car and has minor injuries but was treated on the scene.
Police say the description of the car is late model dark colored Chevy SUV.
The suspect has not yet been found.
