St. Mary Parish Fire District #11 will conduct a live fire training at a residence on Sugar Lane in Sorrell, across from St. Mary Coop.
The live exercise will be conducted on Saturday, April 28 starting at 8:00 a.m.
Residents can expect to see multiple fire units along with sheriff units and Acadian Ambulance units parked near the structure and along the roadway.
There will be heavy smoke in the area because of the structure being completely burnt to the ground.
