A Thanksgiving contest against the Atlanta Falcons and a home game against the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles are among the highlights of the New Orleans Saints’ 2018 schedule.

The NFL released the 2018 league schedule Thursday evening.

The Eagles will come to the Crescent City on November 18–one week before the Saints’ and Falcons’ Thanksgiving tilt.  That homestand is the second of three in which the Saints will play back-to-back games in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. The Saints will open the season by hosting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Cleveland Browns on September 9 and September 16, respectively.  The Saints will also close the year with consecutive homes games, as the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Carolina Panthers travel to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on December 23 and December 30, respectively.

The Saints two other home games will be a Monday night match-up against the Washington Redskins (October 10) and a battle against the defending NFC West champions, the Los Angeles Rams (November 4).

The biggest road game of the year might be in Week 8 of the season.  The Saints will travel to Minneapolis to play the Minnesota Vikings in a rematch of the 2017 NFC Divisional Playoff–a game the Vikings won after a final-play touchdown.

The full schedule is as follows:
