The Franklin Police Department is asking for help from the public in identifying a person of interest in an alleged theft.
The department shared surveillance video of a man standing outside of a Franklin business on their Facebook page. Police did not say what items had been stolen. A time stamp on the video shows a date of April 11, 2018.
