There’s a police presence at the CVS on the corner of Pinhook Road and the Youngsville Highway this evening.
Police say they were investigating a theft at the store. A K-9 officer was called to the scene after a suspect fled from officers, police say.
Witnesses saw police pull a woman from a vehicle at the store. Her car, which was packed with suitcases and at least one gas can, was searched by officers, witnesses tell KATC.
