A new tenant is coming to the old City Bar building in downtown Lafayette.
The Office, presently located at 307 Jefferson Street, will move across the street and into the former bar’s building once repairs and renovations are completed.
City Bar’s owners are suing the Lafayette Consolidated Government on claims cypress trees planted along Jefferson Street penetrated the building’s slab, forcing them to keep the bar closed.
